For this fundraising dinner in New York, we provided full service event development, coordination, and fundraising direction for an environmental non-profit. We branded the event by by conceptualizing the theme ("The Future of Food"), identifying and targeting A-list chef talent, and designing a logo, invitations and collateral material.
Working with NY's esteemed Blue Hill Restaurant, a menu was created based on the theme of wasted food. The decor look was developed in collaboration with Philadelphia's Terrain to focus on native, seasonal plants.
